[WinMac] DK-Win98 Install over US-Win98

I have an OrangePC 660 card with an AMD-K6 2 processor. The image disc
that the OrangePC CD Rom installs contains a US version of Win98.
However, I would like to be able to run Danish programs, which I can't
with a US version of Win98 (unlike the MacOS). Does anyone know whether I
can install Win98-DK over the US install? What else can I do, if I can't
do this? Ideas?
