Eudora 4.2 can delete attachments in POP mode (you tell it not to
download messages bigger than X number of bytes, and then when the
headers of the message with an attachment are downloaded, you open
the message, click on the trash icon and check for mail), so I wonder
why this doesn't work with IMAP.
