Re: [WinMac] Have you seen the new PC Emulator for the Mac from Lismore?

a friend of mine asked me to help him set up a small network in his apt. (how do i always seem to get suckered into these things?) he has two pc's, and one mac. i've suggested dave, and i think that's the way we are going to go on the mac side, now my question is on settin up things on the pc side. he has one wintel NT computer that has a cable modem, and an extra ethernet card, and the other wintel NT system has an ethernet card. both are running nt workstaion afaik. he bought a hub, and some cables. so all the hardware is all set up. but how do we go about getting the two pc's to share folders w/ each other? or will they just see each other on the network if we give them some ip address, and pray? bonus question: how to get all 3 computers to be able to use the cable modem? i know if he had it hooked up tothe mac it would be a good place for ipnetrouter. i've set that up before with much luck. is there a comparable product on the winNT side? thanks for all the help :] -hary _________________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
