[WinMac] Open all sessions of a multisession CD-ROM?

I need to open the old sessions of a multisession CD-ROM. Having heard once
that Macs would mount each session automagically, I thought this would be no
problem. However my Macs (OS 8.1, an 8600/300 and a 7500/100) seem to work
"correctly" and only see the last session. How can I get to the older
sessions?

I have searched dejanews and numerous search engines, but have only found
items which are oriented toward fixing the problem I wish I had, which is to
open each session separately.
