Once again- I have dealt with plenty proxy servers before, and the only
one I have ever had problems with is M$'s proprietary stuff.

Unlike DHCP, however, I have never set up or administered a proxy server.
Nonetheless it is once again clear the M$ believes it can modify standards
to its liking.
